The official presentation in Córdoba

The official presentation ceremony for the F-16s will be held at the Área Material Río Cuarto in the province of Córdoba, with the presence of Milei, outgoing Defense Minister Luis Petri, incoming minister Lieutenant General Carlos Presti, as well as high-ranking military officials, although this event is subject to weather conditions.

The government considers the arrival of the F-16s to be a "strategic milestone," as they represent the recovery of supersonic interception capability and a key strengthening for the defense of Argentine airspace, after decades without incorporating aircraft of this category.
